- Verify and confirm next-day appointments to ensure schedule accuracy and homeowner preparedness
- Schedules annual maintenance and service opportunities for homeowners in a way that maximizes efficiency for the company and the service technicians.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of permitting applications to support project compliance and timelines."

- Able to navigate through multiline phone system
- Skill in operating a computer and programs.
- Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials and on a computer screen 75-100% of the time.
- Ability to perform accurate data entry.
- High school diploma or GED preferred and 1+ years of experience in customer service OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
- Ability to exert up to 10 lb. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects, maintaining a stationary position most of the time.
