Bright Brothers of Delmarva- helps homeowners restore and maintain curb appeal through professional soft washing, exterior cleaning, gutter brightening, window cleaning, holiday lighting, and permanent outdoor lighting.



What You Will Do


As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will meet with homeowners across the Delmarva Peninsula, listen to their goals, inspect the home or property, and present the right solution. You’ll educate homeowners, build trust, and guide them through our proven sales process.

  • Run scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners who requested our help
  • Inspect the home, garage, crawlspace, basement, concrete, or exterior based on the service needed
  • Explain concerns clearly and present customized solutions
  • Close sales in the home
  • Follow up on open proposals and keep accurate CRM notes
